The client is a leading floral distributor operating across multiple regions. Their custom ERP system supported a broad set of business processes but lacked a modern, ergonomic user experience.

The Challenge

Over years of functional growth, the ERP accumulated inconsistent UI patterns, fragmented workflows, and non-standardized components. This resulted in reduced usability and increased cognitive load for users, longer onboarding and training time, inefficient navigation and uneven product experience, and higher maintenance cost due to lack of design consistency. The organization needed a unified, intuitive, and scalable design foundation that would modernize the ERP and support future development.

Our Solution

We conducted an in-depth evaluation of the ERP system's functional and interaction layers, including user interviews, workflow mapping, and interface audits. Our main deliverables included:
