At MindShore, we are looking for a Tech Lead with solid technical experience and leadership skills to join innovative, high-impact technology projects.
You will work in a collaborative, dynamic and technically challenging environment, leading development teams and actively participating in the definition of solutions, architectures and best practices alongside multidisciplinary and international teams.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to the development team, supporting and mentoring technical profiles.
- Design and define architectures, technical solutions and development guidelines.
- Ensure code quality, best practices and technical standards.
- Collaborate with product, business and QA in defining and evolving solutions.
- Participate in technical planning, estimations and key decision-making.
- Identify technical risks and propose continuous improvements.
- Support the entire development lifecycle, from design to production.
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a leadership role (minimum 5 years of technical experience).
- Solid knowledge of software design and architecture.
- Experience leading technical teams and working with agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical profiles.
- Focus on quality, scalability, and good development practices.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and collaborative leadership.
- Good level of English to work in international environments.
