At MindShore, we are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with solid experience in process analysis and requirements gathering to join innovative, high-impact technology projects.
You will work in a collaborative, dynamic and challenging environment, acting as a link between business and technology, and participating in the definition of solutions alongside multidisciplinary and international teams.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Survey, analyse and document functional and business requirements.
- Translate customer needs into clear specifications for technical teams.
- Define and document use cases, user stories, flows and processes.
- Actively collaborate with development, product and QA teams throughout the project cycle.
- Accompany the development process, validating solutions and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement and functional decision-making for the project.
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst/Business Analyst (minimum 3 years).
- Solid knowledge of process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in functional documentation tools (user stories, diagrams, etc.).
- Autonomy, proactivity, and strong teamwork orientation.
- Good level of English to work in international environments.
