The Challenge
The organization managed employee performance evaluations through spreadsheets, emails, and manual coordination, resulting in: inconsistent and fragmented assessment cycles, high administrative workload for HR, slow and error-prone data consolidation, difficulty tracking progress, KPIs, and historical performance, lack of secure, centralized access for employees, and the need for seamless integration with the company's Active Directory, ensuring proper user management and authentication. They required a unified, secure platform that would streamline all performance evaluation processes and allow employees to log in using their corporate credentials.
Our Solution
We engineered a comprehensive, enterprise-grade HR evaluation platform with the following capabilities:
- Custom HR Evaluation Platform: Developed a web-based system using a modern PHP framework with Symfony components and a relational database (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Key features include centralized evaluations, scoring models, workflows, KPI tracking, and automated report generation
- Active Directory Integration: Implemented LDAP/AD synchronization to automatically import employee records, roles and permission levels, and organizational hierarchy
- Corporate Authentication (SSO): Enabled secure single sign-on using employees' corporate passwords, fully integrated with the company's Active Directory
- Evaluation Workflows: Designed flexible, configurable workflows supporting annual performance reviews, 360° evaluations, manager/employee assessment cycles, and peer feedback
- Reporting & Dashboards: Created real-time dashboards for HR and management, showing performance distribution, completion rates, department-level insights, and historical trend analysis
The result is a scalable platform tailored to enterprise HR needs, aligned with security standards and internal IT architecture.
