The Challenge
The sales quotation process for tuna products was highly fragmented: quotations stored across different files and channels, limited visibility into status, conversion, and expiry, slow response times due to manual data tracking, no consolidated pricing reference across species, and decision-making based on reactive, rather than real-time, insights. The lack of a unified system made it difficult for sales teams to stay agile, maintain competitive pricing, and understand performance across markets. The client needed a centralized, data-driven solution to streamline quotation workflows and provide real-time visibility into KPIs.
